By accessing or using SnapVow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.
2. Description of Service
SnapVow provides a web-based platform for collecting, organizing, and downloading photos from wedding guests via QR codes. The service includes event creation, QR code generation, photo upload handling, gallery management, and ZIP downloads.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SnapVow only for lawful purposes. You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payments & Refunds
Paid plans are billed as one-time purchases per event. Prices are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change. We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if the event has not yet taken place.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the photos you and your guests upload. SnapVow does not claim ownership of any user-uploaded content. By using the service, you grant SnapVow a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
SnapVow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of SnapVow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
