- Can I upgrade my plan after purchasing?
- Yes. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time from your event dashboard. You will only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one.
- What happens when my retention period ends?
- We will send you reminders before your retention period expires. You can download all your photos at any time. After expiration, files are deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Is there a limit on the number of guests?
- No. Every plan supports unlimited guests uploading photos and videos. The only limits are on total storage per event.
